I have been on Robert Peters Construction job sites with my father since I was a small child. Some of my earliest memories are picking up trash around the job sites or puttying holes in the trim. Over the years I have gotten my hands and tools into every part of the construction process. Whether it’s troubleshooting repairs, overseeing construction sites, or coordinating with subcontractors, I bring a practical solution-oriented approach to every job. These days my focus is working with our customers, designing homes that suit their needs and answering their questions about building a new home.
If I am not at work, you can find me hiking around Wisconsin or if I am lucky at a national park. I also enjoy rock climbing, sailing, biking, birding, backpacking, kayaking and experiencing nature any way I can.
MIKE PETERS

I started working for RPC at 12 years old during my summer vacation, by the time I turned 16 I was drafting plans and designing homes. When I graduated High School, I went and worked on a framing crew for 5 years to learn that side of the building business. Now I take care of scheduling the construction process from start to finish. You can find me on the jobsites making sure everything is getting done when it’s supposed to, and problem solving to make sure everything is going smoothly.
When I am not at work you can find me building different things. The most recent thing I am building is a Teardrop Camper that I designed and built from the ground up. I also enjoy spending time on the boat with my family, swimming, paddleboarding, and snorkeling. On land I enjoy biking, playing pickleball and cross-country skiing.
